Course Overview
This 2-day instructor-led course is designed to give CSRS employees an in-depth understanding of the federal retirement system and what CSRS employees should expect between now and retirement. This course will provide employees with an in-depth knowledge of retirement annuity and tax-planning and health care strategies in retirement. Understanding how their benefits work in retirement allows employees to begin preparing for their future and making informed decisions.
