ITIL® Foundation Bridge (Version 5)

Course Overview

This one day, instructor led ITIL Foundation (Version 5) Bridge is a short upgrade course and exam that focuses only on the differences between ITIL 4 and ITIL Version 5. It allows certified professionals to transition quickly without repeating foundational material. At the completion of this course, participants will be able to:

• Identify the key differences between ITIL 4 and ITIL Version 5.
• Explain the updated terminology, concepts, and guiding principles introduced in ITIL Version 5.
• Describe how digital product and service management has evolved to support modern digital, cloud, and AI-enabled environments.
• Understand the enhanced approach to value creation and stakeholder ecosystems in ITIL Version 5.
• Apply updated ITIL practices and concepts to real-world IT service management scenarios.
• Prepare for and successfully complete the ITIL Foundation (Version 5) Bridge certification exam.

Upon registration completion candidates are sent an automated course registration email that includes attachments with specific information on the class and location as well as pre-course study and test preparation material approved by the course vendor. On the first day of class, candidates are provided with instructions to register with the exam provider before the exam date.
