Course Overview
This course prepares participants to become Certified SAFe® Practice Consultants (SPCs) by equipping them to implement SAFe and support enterprise Agile transformations. The first half provides an intensive Leading SAFe® experience, enabling learners to train leaders and teams and act as a certifying agent for SAFe Agilists and Practitioners. The second half focuses on planning and executing SAFe implementations, including identifying value streams, launching Agile Release Trains, managing organizational change, and driving continuous improvement using proven artifacts and templates. At the completion of this course, participants will be able to:
- Apply Lean-Agile and product flow principles to improve quality, productivity, and delivery speed
- Implement the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) using real-world practices
- Support enterprise Agile transformations with practical skills and resources
- Apply leadership techniques that enhance team engagement and performance
- Identify value streams and organize Agile Release Trains
- Prepare and launch teams and programs
- Support key program events and execution activities
- Facilitate Inspect and Adapt workshops for continuous improvement
- Introduce program portfolio management and Agile transformation concepts

Exam Information
Exam name: SAFe® 6 Program Consultant Exam
Exam format: Multiple choice (one answer) or multiple select (2-3 answers)
Exam delivery: Web-based (single-browser), closed book, no outside assistance, timed
Exam access: Candidates can access the exam within the SAFe Community Platform upon completion of the Implementing SAFe® course
Exam duration – Once the exam begins, candidates have 120 minutes (2 hours) to complete the exam
Number of questions – 60
Passing score: 45 out of 60 (75%)
