Our 2-day, instructor-led Cloud Essentials+ training course in Washington, DC or Live Online is geared toward business analysts and other IT staff and teaches you how to implement and govern a cloud environment. It covers:

- Successful adoption of cloud computing
- Impacts & changes cloud computing has on IT service management
- Consequences & risks of cloud computing
You should have about six months of experience working in the field of IT before this course.
