Leading SAFe for Government

Course Overview

This instructor-led Leading SAFe® for Government course (delivered in person or live online) introduces participants to applying the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) within public-sector and regulated environments. Tuition includes access to SAFe Studio resources and the SAFe® Agilist (SA) certification exam. The course focuses on Lean-Agile leadership, system-level thinking, and aligning strategy with execution in environments with governance, compliance, and oversight requirements. Participants learn how SAFe supports coordination across portfolios, programs, and teams to improve delivery and transparency. Upon completion, learners are prepared to apply SAFe principles to support organizational alignment, enhance value flow, and contribute to Lean-Agile transformation in government settings. At the completion of this course, participants will be able to:

• Participate successfully in critical SAFe events, such as PI Planning
